This Class combines Martial Arts techniques with fast paced cardio. It will be led by Professional MMA
Fighter Chelsea Conner with over 12 years of Martial Arts experience. Build stamina, improve coordination & flexibility and burn calories as you build lean muscle and learn functional self-defense techniques. This high energy workout is fun for all fitness levels and will help you build your self-confidence and empower you to meet your goals.
